I'm beginner.
I want know if i can connect my PC to internet through a router cisco 2501 and Us Robotic 56Kb modem?

I don't see why not. This would be the hard way, but it's generally possible.

Search for info on "Dial On Demand Routing" or "DDR" to get you started.
