I have Two private networks, at two sites connected by a T1.
SiteA has a network of 192.168.0.0/24. SiteB has a network of 192.168.1.0/24. I have had these two sites up for a couple years now. Both of these sites are connected via Cisco routers. Last week we now have a T1 pipe to the internet. The internet router at SiteA has an IP of 192.168.0.84. Here is what I did. I pointed the default gateway at SiteA to 192.168.0.84 to the internet router. I added a route 192.168.1.0/24(siteB network) to the WAN router(192.168.0.90) on the Internet router. Now SiteA works fine. SiteA can talk to Siteb and the internet with no problems. SiteB's default gateway is the WAN router(Cisco) on siteB 192.168.1.1. I belive I need to add a route on this router. SiteB needs internet access also, so I need to know where to add the route and the command syntax. Thanks

You need to a default route to the router at sight B.
Connect to the router, and go into priv mode.(type enable).
then enter:

ip route 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 "ip address of router at sight a"

or if you are useing unnumbered

ip route 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 s0/0
