Have just recently migrated from Groupwise 5.5 to Exchange 2003. We have some users attempting to access their email thru the web portal but are unsuccessful. The common element between the users is that they use AOL as their provider. All other users are able to access without issues. Can someone point me in the right direction as to how to help these users?

TIA
Dan

What exactly is happening when they attempt?

AOL uses the Internet explorer interface.

Have them change their SMTP port to 5190 if they are on AOL. I've found that all my users' email work with aol as their provider as soon as they change the port. That is, if you are using outlook. For web access, I wonder if there is something on the smtp server in exchange that just needs that port as an extra port in the connections?
