We are having a issue with dialing to Aurba? I can dial anywhere else in the world but to this country. I have looked and it is in the correct dialing plans. Any suggestions? Thanks.

What are you getting? A recording or blocked by the switch or....?????

look in LD 90 to see if the country code is under SPN table

According to the International Dialing Plan, to call Aruba its 011-297-8+number...In my experience most people forget to include the 8 in dialing. That would cause the reorder (fast busy).

Tried it with the 8 and it still does not work.

Give us a number that you know is good and we can try it.

The number is for the Marriot in Aurba, it is 297-586-9000 or 297-8586-9000

You wouldn't use the 8. you would dial 9(if 9 is your ac1)0112975869000. ld 90 prt spn 011 make sure you are not denying anything. If you can call anywhere else in the world and you are not denying something in the spn than contact your ld provider.

Can you direct access the trunk and dial it? If not, it is your LD vendor. If you, you have a blockage, then print your SPN table to find it.

I dial it out of 2 different switches and get a re-order also. Maybe the number is no good or they are having troubles there.

I'm using Qwest I'll check with them to see if they have a problem.

If I call without the city code of 8 it goes through.
