What you thin is the safest way to provide access to dialing Intl. calls using a PRI on a BCM-50? I have about 5 handsets that need access to place intl. calls.

Safest:
You can restrict all lines and give 5 people a COS password
They will need to grab a line, F68,dial password, dial number.
Or
Restrict all sets except those 5
You would only need to worry about people going into the office to use their phone
You can also add these over sea numbers into system speed dials and have them over ride restrictions.
i.e. Build Filter 10 to restrict lines, tell Speed Dial to use Filter 02
