We have a customer with a PRI that is now trying to make International calls over their PRI. The carrier is saying that they are receiving the international code (011) and they are also receiving the message "international call" along with the call. Their switch is rejecting the call because of this. Is it possible that the Definity is sending both of these messages along with the call?

Is so, how do I stop the Definity from sending the message "International call"?

Thanks for anyone's help!

strip 3 digits in the route pattern and your problem will be fixed.

To stop transmitting "international call" message. you can change the ARS table for 011 fron 'intl' to 'locl'..
