First, thanks for replying to my thread earlier in regards to the voice mail fixed key on IP phones. Now, I don't have a answer for you but in my research of the COS Options in the help files, I found an option for SMDR Internal which allows station-to-station SMDR. Check the relevnt COS and make sure this is enabled. Based on that option, I would assume there is definitely a way to trace internal calls. Hope this gets you moving in the right direction.
