I am running Exchange 2003 SP2. I have a user than can send internal and external email but cannot receive anything internal or external.

I logged into her PC and could send/receive fine. I deleted her Outlook profile and that did not work. I ran detect/repair on Outlook and it did not work.

Any ideas why she can't receive any internal/external email but can send it?

Have you looked at the account settings in AD? Any message restrictions?

One more thing. Check for email forwarding address, maybe forwarded to another account and deliver messages to both forwarding address and mailbox not checked.

No restrictions, no quotas...nothing.

She was able to receive email yesterday afternoon and nothing since then. I administer the Exchange server and have changed nothing

Whats really weird is...I checked her mailbox in Exchange Management and it said se had 364 items. I sent her an email and refreshed ESM and it said she had 365 items but she did not receive anything.

I even loggedon as her on another PC, and she can't receive and emails. According to her AD account, there are no restrictions whatsoever

Did you try checking her account via OWA? While in OWA check rules if any, they might be causing the problem.

That was it..sorta..you mentioned the Rules, so I checked her Rule base in Outlook and she had a rule setup to forward All messages to her Calendar. Why she did that...who knows And how that would work sending all email to her calendar...who knows
