Internal domain email not being received

New admin here...
I have configured our Exhange server from scratch. The basic idea was to use exchange to house users e-mail folders and keep pop/smtp accounts for the actual email sending and receiving.

We are having an issue when some of our users send email to others in our domain. The messages just go into the ether and dissapear. No returned or bounced messages are sent back. Users can send to outside domains just fine.

The accounts are setup in Outlook with the SMTP/POP account listed first and the Exhcange account second in the email account setup.

Any suggestions would be appreciated or I can provide more specific setup detail if needed. (I'm just uncertain as to what to include)
