Internal CDR stopped working after 3.0 upgrade 1

Has anyone had this happen? The phones have ICDA enabled and the records are being collected by an MDR-2000.

look at your cdr data, ld 21 prt cdr, that is another place you need to turn on internal, mine didn't change on the 3.0 upgrade but it's a place to check... here is the patch name that you may be missing

I am not sure which prompt needs to be set to yes for internal CDR. Can you give me how yours is setup?

prt cdr in load 21, you'll see an int and external line, i don't remember if you have a int and ext in the rdb.. cdr is modified in 15, rdb's are printed in 21 and modified in 16.. i would loo up the prompts but they won't let me bring my switch home...hospitals are like that

Just had the same issue.. We rebooted the OTM server and wala. I would try restarting the app. to see if that helps.
