Internal calls are forwarded to the caller's VM

I have 2 extensions that, when called, I get forwarded to my own VM rather than their VM if they do not pickup. I see this came up before in thread940-1698820, but there was no resolution. Both extensions have been recently edited with the Web Admin Tool.

If you are using Web Admin you must be using Basic mode.
Most professionals in this forum will not use Basic mode so the knowledge is limited

I would try deleting the users & re-creating them.
failing that a reboot followed by recreating the SD card.


A Maintenance contract is essential, not a Luxury.
Do things on the cheap & it will cost you dear
