Since introducing a new PDC called SQL1 on my NT network which previously had one server called NT1, my remote access users are having intermittent problems when dialing in. NT1 is now the BDC and Exchange server. The users appear to be authenticated (according to the event log anyway) but sometimes cannot see the network drives and often can't retrieve their email and get an Exchange error. They include Win 95, 98 and 2000 users. Some of them have edited their Hosts file to reflect SQL1 and others haven't. Has anybody got any idea how I can resolve this?
