Intermittant system lock

My experience says memory problem, but then again if it was working with 98SE, then my final decision would be OS problem. I REALLY hate WinME; when I upgraded from 98 to ME, it was a totall nightmare. What IS totally possible is that ME demands more memory than you have. Find out how much RAM you have and see if thats a problem.
