I'm searching for a component/script/movie with such dynamic navigation. Do you have any sites that offer tutorials or components itself for a navigation like this.

Thats a good site and she is even better! How do you get that full screen effect? Ive seen it before but not found out as yet, how to do it

this is a very versatile component that i have used many times and easily configured to look completely different each time. xml driven with lots of features.

i use it on my download site in a way not too different from that seen on your link.
