Interdigit Timing - Flash

I have a customer we upgraded from NAM to Flash 2.0.

He says that with NAM, he used to be able to leave his message in a mailbox, then dial "#-#" quickly to exit to the main greeting.

He says that with flash. he has to wait between the #....#.

It does take a second delay to recognize the second "#".

I read this thread (That rhymes)

Will this resolve his issue?

(Haven't been there to try it yet, but I will.)

Thanks!

A HAH!

That explains that, although the guy who told me to try that has sold tons of these.

I saw something about F916 or F915 too.

That will be my next step, I guess. Thanks, curlycord.

Film @ 11.

Have a great day!

I tried the F915 F916 .... Nothing yet.

Can anyone tell me how to get to where I can change either the DTMF or interdigit timing on a Flash 2.0?

Customer is bugging me to get this "fixed".

Thanks!
