My CEO has 2 offices (one right next door) and I have installed a phantom extension that has all the same appearances as her phone in her main office, thus she can pick up her calls in either office. I can't get the intercom feature to work at both phones. The assistant wants to only press one button to have it intercom the CEO without knowing what office she is in. I have a G3si V11. Thanks!

I dont think you can do it with the intercom feature.
What you might do is set up a speed dial button for that extension or a busy indicator button. Either of which when pressed will dial the number.

"Bridged appearances can’t receive intercom calls." That's straight from the administrator's guide. However, you started me thinking that there might be an easy workaround.

I like intercom groups for two reasons. First, they make a distinctive ring, which helps get people's attention. Second, they don't go to coverage, which means an assistant can let it ring a few more times, if they feel it's important to get the executives attention.

Priority calls do the same things. I looked through the "feature-access-codes" table, and there's an field for Priority Calling. I picked an unused code, 155, and tested it out.

By dialing 155, I get dial tone and can dial an extension, just as if I had pressed a "priority" button. What's more, it rings extension bridges at the same time as it rings the
main phone.

If you program "autodial 155NNNN", it will ring extension NNNN. Substitute that for your "auto-icom" button, and the only difference your CEO should see is "priority" on the display, in place of "icom".

Let me know if that works for you.
