Intercom and Internal CID

It seesm that the"i nternal" station CID is not displaying on the called set when the station user dials *xx to activate the handfree mode.

When they dial just the station ext number xx and the set rings that is when the internal station CID is displayed.

Am I programming something wrong? Should not the CID display when a station user regardless of this dialing method display at the called station?

Internal display of the calling station is weird-

If you have the HFAI turned on, you will NOT see the name of the calling extension. If you turn HFAI OFF, you will, but of course you can't answer back without pressing Mic or lifting the handset.

Ringing Intercom calls always show the name of the extension calling.

If you have Auto Intercom butttons, the button showing the calling extension will blink green on incoming.
