Hi all,

I want to know what caused an interchange in our system.

Interchange 1 no Active 07/09 15:41

When I checked the system log in the webbrowser I found nothing at that time. Can I find it somewhere else?

Did you try looking at Diagnostics/System Logs/ Communication Manager Restart log ? You might need Avaya T4 / Pro services (whatever they call themselves now) to get a definitive RCA.

what type of system is it?

could be that if it is a duplicated system one side was more healthier than the other and the system does an interchange which is normal behaviour.

best looking at the logs in var/log/ecs

and filtering on interchange

also see if there were checkSlot errors at the time
