Inter-company dialing

Hi,

We use an prefix number to dial extensions in other areas within our company. I assumed all locations used the same access number which is normally 8 but I was wrong. Im not sure the name of this feature so am having a hard time searching for it. I was wondering if anyone knows the correct commands to find out what this number is. Appologies if im being a bit vague.

This could be set up two different ways at least. If you go to LD 86 and PRT/CUST #/ESN towrds the top of the list, you will see AC1 and AC2 which usually reflect your outside access codes.
You could however have ACOD set on routes to the particular numbers, ie 9 or 8. If you dial 9(or 8) you would go straight to that route and be able to dial externally. Print out your routes in LD 21 (RDB) to see what the ACOD is.
