Intellimouse - assigning procedures to scroll button

This is more related to MS Access, but I thought I would post it in here too. I need to deactivate the scroll/button on the Intellimouse whilst in a database, or at least be able to recognise the action and assign a procedure to it.

Can anyone please help.s-)
