Installtion error on Solaris

Hi all,
I am having a problem while installing BO 6.1a(Server) on solaris.
When i run the winstaller with all the parameters ,it gives me an error "Unable to execute setupcmd" and stops.
I changed the permissions on this file to rwx too,but didnt work.Any ideas or suggestions please....
