InstallShield Runtime Error

Can someone help me out? I am at a loss.

I am trying to install a program, yet when I run the Setup it gives me an error.

It says:

1607: Unable to install InstallShield Scripting Runtime

?????

I am at a loss. I am still pluggin at this though. Any help is welcome.

If your running anti-virus software try disabling before installing your software then re enable after.

I'm also having the same problem. I have disabled my anti-virus and it did help. I've tried removing a few of the problems that I installed before the problem.. Nothing (-:

I'm having the same problem. I found a solution online but it didn't work for me, it might for you.
