Installing XP over Windows 2000 PC.

I have a computer with windows 2000. I lost the admin password.


I want to install Windows XP in th same computer. I don't have any experience in this field. Can someone please help me how to install the XP. If some one has the patience to guide me from the beginnings will be helpful.
