Installing Windows Components

Hi

I have downloaded and installed SP4 and removed the backuped files. I now want to install a windows component and Windows is asking for the SP4 CD but I don't have one.

What can I do please help!!!!

Just put in the W2K CD that you have.

Thanks for that. It got me to the next step with the same message. It is asking for achg but I can not find that so am still stuck.

Any thoughts.

God knows but having through the first step it is looking form this.

A complete pain.

I found the solution. Don't install from the control panel icon insert the CD and select Install Add on components.

Simple but not obvious.
