i installed redhat, workstation. how do i install samba, i cant find it in the services?

I had trouble installing Samba a long time ago, but I got through it ok.
I recommend you check the Samba forum here on Tek-Tips. That place would likely be more helpful to you.
And, I would pick up a book on Samba before posting any questions at this site. There are a few good ones out there that can give you a good reference. Check them out.
