Installing SAM 3.7 on Windows Terminal server 2003

Anyone know if its possible to install SAM 3.7 and later versions on Windows 2003 terminal server?

I am able to install SAM 3.5, but when i am trying to uppgrade to SAM 3.7 build 03 the installation is interupted and not completed.
