Installing NBU45 robot & devices.. need driver help

env: NBU4.5 on Solaris 9 with an IBM 3584 library with 18 LTO2's.

IBM says un-install the st driver for the devices, veritas says install and conifure the st and its own sg driver.

Who's right? Any ideas?
