installing licenses for ip phones

we buy 600 ip phones last december but the vendor not let the licenses for ip phones until today and my ask is how i can add 600 licenses or when i can find the procedure for do it.

You should have received keycodes from NORTEL for this.

Don't bother with the sheet, you need it on an CF card. Have someone DL the FILE as per NORTEL's specifications.

If you had a vendor order it, they should also install it with minimal billing, this way you are covered if there is an issue.
