Installing IBM Infoprint / Netspool - Suggestions/Pointers/Problems

We are currently in the process of converting Interlink TCP/IP to IBM TCP/IP and Infoprint,Netspool. We have the configuration in place, but are unable to get anything to print. Any pointers, suggestions or problems encountered with this product would be much appreciated. Also having a problem with trying to add a pool with a range of IP addr's. It seems the comma ',' and semicolon ';' don't work as separators.
