Installing error 1305 - sqlrun

I'm trying to install visual Studio.net Enterprise on to a win 2000 platform. All goes well until I insert CD4 when I receive the message:

Error 1305.Error reading from file: d:\program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio.net\frameworkSDK\Samples\Setup\msde\setup\sqlrun.cab

I have followed the path above on the CD and the only files held within the Setup folder are sql2000.exe and sqlrun but it is a zipped file

Can anyone confirm if there is a file missing? or am I doing something wrong?

I have tried two different sets of CD's but get the same error message. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
