Installing Cisco Secure Desktop

I know this is a real simple question for those that have done it, but is it safe to install/upload the Cisco Secure Desktop to the asa while there are vpn and other traffic currently connected to it?

I'm just nervous that uploading and installing this will disconnect the vpn clients already connected to the asa...

If you mean simply uploading the file then there is no problem.
