Installing CF 4.5.1 on RedHat 8.0

I tried to install CF 4.5.1 on a brand new RedHat 8.0 server with Apache 2.x (whatever comes with RedHat 8.0). The AddModule command is no longer supported. Obviously, if I omit it in httpd.conf, Apache won't start and errors at the LoadModule command for CF.

Is there a way around this? I'd love to get CF working on RedHat 8.0, and can't shell out the money for MX.
