Currently running BE 9.0 on 2000 server. Have new 2003 server that I would like to move configuration and history to. Found 260054 on Veritas site that explains moving to new server with same OS but couldn't find anything about upgrading to new hardware and OS other to look at Admin plus pack. Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks

Yep look at the admin plus pack option, or wait for BE 10 to come out - it will have tools that will let you change servers, name of server, doman etc.

Has anyone used the Admin plus pack to move jobs over to a new server?

New server is in AD and once everything is on new server (our current backup jobs, backup history for restores) want to retire the current box. Thks

You can copy the catalogs over - it will give you restore selections.

Your media history won't be there though - all tapes will be classed as Imported media until you move it to another media set.
