Installing and setting default printers via .VBS

I am using an edited version of markdmac's LoginScript.vbs, Thanks Mark, and I am having trouble with some code. I want to install and set default printers based on group membership. Below is my edited version which isn't creating or setting the default printer when I specify the correct UNC path.

Sorry, I'm trippin, it works fine; however, How do I specify the script to not set a default printer if there is a locally connected one?
