Installing a network printer 'Access Denied'

Hi All,

Running vista in a windows 2003 domain. Using group policy to control the vista machine. Domain account logging in is a power user and still cannot install a print driver. If I loging in as admin for the domain or local fine it installs and will let me remove/install when logged into the domain account. However, the driver/printer hasn't been installed before it will not install and fails with an access denied error. Anyone know away around installing a printer driver as the user but not giving admin rights?
