A friend of mine has asked me for help regarding her PC. She has installed MS Office and everything is fine and dandy but when she came to use Publisher she recieved and error saying something about Word and now her floppy drive is inoperable. Sorry about the cryptic clues but she did not give me much information herself. Any ideas?

Apparently this problem is caused by an invalid product key. If her copy of Office is legal she should contact MS support. Help us to help you, please post back and tell us if this helped.
All things are possible except skiing through a revolving door.
