Help !

My daughter tried to install a windows component, which kicked off the whole Windows 2000 installation process again. When I boot the PC now the second part of the install process starts, but when it tries installing "COM+" it hangs.

Anyone know how I can fix or get around this problem; I really need my PC back!!!
