Installation Problem

Hi

While Installing the Database Instance I have a problem.

It gets installed upto 64% and shows the message as "Creating the Database" and doesn't proceed further. I kept it for 3 to 4 hrs but it doesn't have any movement further. It doesn't get terminted.

What is this problem and how to solve
