Installation of VMPro 9.0SP10 1

It fails with a error message "1:" and then stops.
 
Did you run it as Administrator?
Did you extract it before running it?

To check for you:
I uninstalled VMPRO 9.1.6.
Downloaded 9.0.10 VMPRO from support.avaya.com
I extracted it.
I installed the full program without any issues.

It works ok.

Indeed, uninstalling 9.1 was necesserry. After that no problem with the install. Would be nice though is there was some text after the "1:".
 
Well, 1: is way better than 2:!
