We are in the process of installing Arcserve 12 on a server as primary server. It is asking for a SQL Database and we are choosing "remote" server. The remote server is a SQL 2005 Enterprise machine. We successfully add the correct info to connect to the database and server but it won't let use modify the installation path of the database. Why is that?
The default is showing \\servername\c$\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL.1\MSSQL.
Our SQL Databases are not on the C: volume, they are on the D: Volume. Any help on this issue so we can continue or installation would be greatly appreciated. We cannot use the SQL 2005 Express since we have more than 10 machines that will be doing backups.
