Installation error SMBS 2003

Upon installation of Small Business server I noticed
it gave me an error at the end of the installation process.

Intranet: An error occured while installing sharepoint services and creating your intranet site.

The following error is related to sharepoint services so it may be of some help as well.

#50070: Unable to connect to the database STS_Config on
TURANIAN\SharePoint. Check the database connection information and make sure that the database server is running.

Can someone guide me through this issue, I haven't a clue where to begin. Where is this so called database connection information so i can see if it is running or not?

There's a known issue with Sharepoint in SBS2003. Microsoft is giving away 5 free CAL's for the error and there is a security update to fix the problem.
