Hello it's me again,

I am trying to install Crystal Reports XI on my test server and it won't complete. I keep getting an error message that says:

Error 1311.Source file not found:E\win32\m9.cab. Verify that the file exists and that you can access it.

I thought this thing is supposed to add the needed files?

What thing adds needed files, you mean the CR XI install CD?

It should complete the install just fine, sounds like a bad install CD.

You might go to the BO site and D/L the trial version, then you can add your key in later.

No, it's the link for all editions.

Note that you didn't bother to post which edition of CR XI you were using so I supplied all of them.

Check again, CRS was just the FIRST in the list.
