Install XP from second partition

Hi,
Quick question that hopefully someone can help me with. I am having problems with reinstalling XP on a machine. I seem to be having problems with the CDROM on the machine. I have a second partiotion with the XP CDROM files copied to it. Does anyone know of a way to reinstall the first partion using the files saved on the second one? If I click on the setup it gives me an error about not being able to find the correct path. The second partition is NTFS I dont know if that makes a difference or not.

Must be a FAT32 partition.
