Install Problem

Hi; I'm trying to install Pixela Imagemaker on my friends computer, and this message comes up just after the install screen comes up:
Unhandled Exception
Error Number 0x80070725
Description: Incompatible version of RPC Stub
Set Up Will Now Terminate

What is RPC Stub, and any idea what this means?
