install printer for every user

I want to install a printer in XP PRO as administrator...but I want it to be installed for every user that logs in.
When each new user logs in, he has to set up the printer.
How can i do this?

that is for installing printers on a specific machine. I need to install 2 printers on 30 machines in a lab. All are named different ex: station01, station02...But they all have the same username.
please help

Thank you. I have to do the same for the french language.
I need french installed for every user when they log in. I installed the french language under 'administrator' and I want all other usernames to be installed.
help!
