install of patch p1882450 on WinXP Pro (rdbms 8.1.7.0)

Hi,

I'd like to patch Oracle Server 8.1.7 on XP (p1882450)
but setup fails at one of initial stage - it tells me
to stop almost all! services on the system (there is no
one oracle service working..)
How can I proceed with installation?
(I use p4-bug-fixed installer)
