Install of Password Migration DLL on Win NT 4.0 PDC

I am in the process of migrating users from Win NT 4.0 to Win 2003 AD. I have created a trust between the two domains and it is working.

I have also created the admt key on the AD domain controller but when I want to install the Password Migration DLL on the PDC it cannot complete successfully.

This is the error in the event viewer: ADMT Password Migration DLL Internal Error 2203

Thanks. I have already done all those configuration on both the AD domain controller and NT 4.0 PDC but it is still not working. My error occured during the installation of the Password DLL
