Install Language Pack in Outlook

In Outlook 2002, for some reason, am now receiving this message every time an e-mail is opened up, in regards to Installing a Language Pack. Also, people receiving e-mails from me are getting this message as well. Not sure how this feature got turned on but, does anyone have any idea how to turn it off? I have not installed any new software on the computer. I updated Office XP to SP 3 but, that was about 3 months ago. Any suggestions??
