install error RegisterFaxService failed

I have removed CRM once and then reinstalled it. I am not getting the following error:

Action Microsoft.Crm.Setup.Server.RegisterFaxService failed.
The configuration registry key is invalid

How do I get around this? Is there instructions somewhere for a clean uninstall?

Have you chcked the registry on the CRM web server ot make sure there is no registry entries left for CRM?

is there any articles that tell where the registry keys are?

I wish I took an image before I installed CRM.
