Install Crystal Reports?

Hello together!

Yesterday I have an error message when I start my c# program. The message is "... the JIT debugger is not available ..."

The Framework is installed on a Win2000 machine.
From my program I provided a setup and installed it on the PC.
In the program a CrystalReport is exported in pdf and printed.
The program works on my station error free. The error message comes if no Crystal Report is installed.

Now my question: what has to be still installed beside the Framework? Crystal Report? Or only some of it?
